Husband Leaves Wife 8 Months Into Her Pregnancy, Weeks Later She Discovers This In The Oven

Amanda and her husband had been trying for three years to conceive, and she was overjoyed when she finally found out she was pregnant.

The couple had just moved into the home they had been renovating, and Amanda was basking in the joy of their new beginning.

However, she was blindsided when her husband announced he was leaving. He followed through on his words, leaving eight-month pregnant Amanda struggling to manage the mounting bills on her own.

Seeing her friend overwhelmed by the new challenges, Amanda’s friend Anna decided to write to KIIS 1065. She wanted Amanda to have an opportunity to appear on the station’s “Give Back” segment.

The show, moved by Amanda’s story, decided to feature her.
Both Anna and Amanda were invited to the show, where Amanda shared her experience. The hostess then introduced a special “Give Back” segment.

“It’s been about five weeks since it happened,” Amanda told the listeners. “The hardest part is the shock because it wasn’t what we had planned, or what I had planned.”

Devastated that her plans had fallen apart, Amanda was searching for new options. She expressed her desire to keep the house and raise her child there, despite the financial difficulties.

After Amanda shared her story, the hostess directed her attention to a screen behind her. Amanda watched as her house appeared on the screen, and the hostess explained they would take a virtual tour of her home.

To Amanda’s surprise, just inside the front door was a vacuum cleaner sponsored by Scrubb Online Cleaning Service.

As the video tour continued, showing the house filled with packed boxes, the guides opened the fridge, which was stocked by Eat Fit Foods. The company had agreed to deliver fresh meals daily for three months, alleviating one of Amanda’s worries.

The dining table was stacked with baby gear, including a stroller, car seat, changing table, baby monitor, and more. Baby Village also contributed a $1,000 voucher for baby photography, in addition to the $4,000 worth of baby gear.

Tears streamed down Amanda’s face as the camera panned to the oven, which had a towel draped over the handle.

When the oven door was opened, Amanda nearly fell off her chair. Inside was a bundle of cash—$10,000 donated by Middlesex Academy Learning Centre to help pay her mortgage.

Anna, seated next to her friend, was equally thrilled, grateful to have played a part in this blessing.
“I can’t tell you how much this means to me…” Amanda said, crying uncontrollably.
“This means I don’t have to move!” she exclaimed through her sobs.
