Michael Bublé, the Canadian-born singer, gained global fame in 2005 with his album “It’s Time” and followed up with “Call Me Irresponsible” in 2007, which topped charts worldwide including the Canadian Albums Chart, the UK Albums Chart, and the US Billboard 200.
Despite selling over 75 million records worldwide and winning multiple Grammy Awards, Bublé has remained humble.
He is married to Argentine actress Luisana Lopilato, and together they have four children.
Their son Noah, who turns 9 this year, faced a serious health crisis when he was diagnosed with liver cancer at the tender age of 3.
The devastating news came just moments before Bublé was scheduled to perform on The One Show on BBC One in London while promoting his ninth studio album “Nobody But Me.”
“Three minutes before I came on, my wife texted and told me something was wrong,” Bublé revealed in an interview with the U.K.’s Evening Standard in July 2018. “I just died.”
Thankfully, Noah is now in remission. Bublé described the experience as “the worst thing you could hear as a parent, or maybe as a human being.”
“I would much rather it have been me. Many times I wished it was,” the musician admitted, reflecting on the ordeal. However, he acknowledged that the experience brought his family closer together and gave them a new perspective on life.
On Noah’s eighth birthday, Bublé posted an emotional tribute on Instagram: “Today my hero turns 8. I’ve never met anyone as brave… I’ve never known anyone as kind or as good-hearted… and I’ll never truly be able to express how proud I am, or how deep and profound Mommy’s and my love is for you. You’ve blessed our lives in every way.”
Accompanying the heartfelt message were two photos of Bublé and Noah over the years.
Bublé also expressed gratitude for the prayers and support they received from fans, friends, and strangers during their family’s battle against cancer.
