Paris Jackson, the 25-year-old daughter of the late musician Michael Jackson, revealed in an emotional interview how she and her three siblings share an unbreakable bond.
Paris and her siblings introduced their “older brother,” Omer Bhatti, a 38-year-old Norwegian dancer and rapper, during an episode of their Facebook Watch series Unfiltered.
Introducing Omer Bhatti, the Unofficial Jackson Sibling.
Many people were surprised to learn that Omer was Paris’s only brother, with the other two being Prince Jackson, 26, and Blanket Jackson, 21. Omer acknowledged seeing himself as the elder brother to the Jackson children when he appeared on the show.
“My mother worked as Prince’s nanny when he was born, and I’ve been there for Paris since she was a baby,” Omer said tenderly. “You could say we raised her. In every way, she’s my younger sister.”
Omer expressed his joy at joining the Jackson clan. “I always wanted younger siblings, and with Prince, Paris, and Blanket, I got them,” he said. “I was really happy about it.”
Unbreakable Connection.
Paris deeply loves and treasures her older brothers, with whom she has an incredibly close relationship. “I love them unconditionally,” she said. “Our bond grows stronger every time we’re together.”
Unlike her usual sibling disagreements with Prince, Paris and Omer have never had arguments. They continue to maintain an unbreakable, loving relationship.
Different Perspectives.
Omer had the unique opportunity to watch the Jackson children grow up and learn about their lives and personalities. According to him, Paris was undoubtedly rebellious, more so than Prince. “Prince and Paris were completely opposite as children,” he said. “I noticed that Prince was more aligned with their father’s teachings. As an older brother, I constantly tried to guide her.”
Father Figure and Miraculous Encounters.
Omer, known as O-Bee, first met Michael Jackson when he started performing at the young age of nine. When asked about their meeting, Omer revealed, “Being on television and making these appearances led me to Michael Jackson. He adopted me, in a sense, and became a mentor and father figure.”
Omer was a sponge as a young boy, absorbing everything, and he looked up to Michael as his hero. Later, he was often told that he was like a miniature version of him. “I eventually joined him on tour. I was thrilled to be seated close to the stage.”
Within the Jackson family, these extraordinary bonds continue to flourish, strengthened by love and shared experiences. Having an “older brother” like Omer, who has been there through thick and thin, has brought comfort to Paris, Prince, and Blanket. The Jackson siblings’ relationship is a testament to the strength and beauty of chosen family.
