A 19-year-old Iranian woman is reported to have undergone 50 surgeries to transform her appearance to look like Angelina Jolie.
She had numerous procedures and is believed to have lost over 80 pounds in the process. Her name is Sahar Tabar, though the reasons behind her drastic transformation remain unclear.
Depending on the source, she could be anywhere from 22 to 29 years old. The woman was reportedly arrested and sentenced to 10 years in prison after it was discovered that she had edited her images to go viral online. Below are the before and after photos for your perusal.

Initially, Tabar was accused of blasphemy, inciting violence, obtaining wealth improperly, and corrupting youth.
She mentioned that two of the four charges against her had been dropped, but she refrained from further comments as she awaited a possible pardon.

According to the investigation, Tabar was described as “a victim with an abnormal personality and mental state” who actively sought “vulgarity” online.
