According to the authorities, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit was tipped off about the incident and quickly rushed to the Orange Vista High School in Perris on April 28 to initiate an inquiry.
As the investigation proceeded, shocking evidence surfaced implicating Rebekah Blackwell-Taylor, a Moreno Valley resident who was working as a substitute teacher at the school.
