In an idyllic Caribbean island, Pippa Middleton, Kate Middleton’s younger sister, was spotted looking slender and stunning as she enjoyed a sun-soaked family vacation in St. Barts over the weekend. This comes just a few months after she welcomed her third child, Rose, in June, with husband James Matthews, the couple also shares four-year-old Arthur and Grace who will turn two in March.
Pippa was seen multitasking, running on the beach while on her phone, and later taking a refreshing dip in the crystal clear waters. It’s worth mentioning that Matthews’ family owns the luxurious Eden Rock resort in St. Barts, where the family was staying.
In a 2021 interview with Hoka, Pippa, who has been a Hoka brand ambassador since 2018, revealed her secrets to staying fit. She’s been an ardent runner since the tender age of eight and has kept up with the sport even with her busy family life.
“Running and fitness still form part of my weekly routine, but not to the level it was before. I suppose my running has been more after babies and toddlers than crossing finish lines, which I’m fine with—for now,” Pippa said.
During her pregnancies, she has kept fit by running around the playground and taking her son on the back of her bike, and even jogging with a buggy.
As a mother of three, Pippa is always finding ways to stay active and healthy. In 2011, she became the talk of the town when she was Kate’s maid of honor at the royal wedding at Westminster Abbey.
